About

The Boston Housemusic Coalition was founded in 2001 by Dwayne Thompson, Bob Diesel, Liza Zayas, Betsy Gaston  and Sammy Sueskagen.  The mission of the coalition is fourfold.  

• To build COMMUNITY by bringing back the earlier generations of the housemusic scene and inspiring future generations.
• To transmit the CULTURE from one generation to the next.
• To share the philosophical and practical aspects of creating a culture based on LOVE, trust, partnership – and free of violence, fear and repression.
• To experience the power of MUSIC together.
